Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules establish the conditions for visiting the UAB "Keraira" salon, booking services, cancellations, liability, inventory protection, sale of goods, and other related relationships.
1.2. By booking a service by phone, online, or by visiting the salon, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these rules. No separate signed consent is required.
1.3. When the client books a service, a specialist is designated to perform it. The specialist may act:
as an employee of UAB "Keraira"; or
as an independent service provider (sub-contractor) using Keraira's premises.
1.4. The client agrees that the legal status of the service provider (employee or independent service provider) does not affect the validity of these rules.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
2.1. Health information and assumption of risks
2.1.1. The client is responsible for assessing their health condition before registering for the service.
2.1.2. The client must verbally inform the specialist before the procedure about:
allergies,
chronic diseases,
skin diseases,
pregnancy,
medications taken,
infections,
circulatory, heart, neurological disorders,
any other conditions that may affect the procedure.
2.1.3. If information is not provided or is concealed, all related risks are borne by the client.
2.1.4. The client understands and agrees that:
massage and cosmetology procedures may cause individual reactions of the body,
the result depends on individual characteristics,
there is no guarantee of a specific aesthetic or therapeutic result.
2.1.5. Keraira does not take responsibility:
if the client was not additionally informed about obvious or generally known recommendations,
if the client independently interprets or ignores the verbally provided recommendations,
if the client uses other products or services at other establishments after the procedure.
3. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE SERVICES
Keraira has the right to unilaterally refuse to provide the service without a refund in the following cases:
3.1. No-show
If the client does not show up at the reserved time and does not notify:
the paid fee is non-refundable;
an additional administrative fee may apply.
3.2. Late arrival
If late by more than 15 minutes, the service may be shortened or not performed. The fee is non-refundable.
3.3. Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior
In any form:
verbal comments,
hints,
physical actions,
disrespectful behavior,
deliberate nudity or unreasonable disrobing,
attempting to touch the specialist,
intimate suggestions.
In such cases:
the service is immediately terminated,
money is non-refundable,
the client may be removed from the salon,
law enforcement may be notified.
3.4. Contraindications
If the specialist determines that the service may pose a risk to the client's health, the service will not be performed. If the client did not inform about the condition in advance, the fee is non-refundable.
4. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
4.1. If canceled more than 48 hours in advance, it is possible to:
reschedule; or
refund the amount paid.
4.2. If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the fee is non-refundable.
4.3. In the 24–48 hour period, only rescheduling is possible (no refunds).
4.4. No-show is considered as the service being provided due to the client's fault.
5. SUBCONTRACTOR LIABILITY
5.1. If the service is provided by an independent specialist, they act in their own name and at their own risk.
5.2. In this case:
all responsibility for the quality of the service,
possible health issues,
allergic reactions,
consequences after procedures,
used tools
falls on the specialist who performed the service.
5.3. Keraira acts as the premises administrator and the manager of the booking infrastructure.
5.4. Claims regarding the service are made directly to the specialist.
6. INVENTORY AND PROPERTY PROTECTION
6.1. The client is responsible for their actions in the salon premises.
6.2. If inventory (massage tables, equipment, cosmetic devices, furniture, mirrors, doors, textiles, etc.) is damaged, the client must compensate for:
the full cost of repairs; or
the cost of acquiring a new item.
6.3. If the damage occurs due to negligence, failure to follow instructions, or inappropriate behavior, the responsibility lies with the client.
6.4. If damage is caused intentionally, law enforcement may be contacted.
7. PERSONAL ITEMS
7.1. Keraira is not responsible for:
lost items,
stolen items,
damaged electronics,
malfunctions of chargers or other devices.
7.2. The customer is responsible for the security of their property.
8. GIFT VOUCHERS
8.1. The validity period of the voucher is indicated on the voucher.
8.2. Upon expiration:
the voucher is considered invalid;
money is non-refundable;
extension is not guaranteed.
8.3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.4. A lost voucher cannot be restored.
9. SALE OF GOODS (COSMETICS, ETC.)
9.1. The customer must assess the suitability of the product before purchasing.
9.2. Keraira is not responsible for:
the ineffectiveness of the product,
individual reactions,
improper use,
incompatibility with other products.
9.3. Opened, tested, or used cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned (hygiene products).
9.4. If the packaging is undamaged, returns are only possible in cases specified by law.
9.5. Product expiration dates are indicated on the packaging.
9.6. At the moment of transfer:
the risk of storage passes to the customer,
Keraira is not responsible for overheating, freezing, or improper transportation.
9.7. In e-commerce:
individually selected products are considered personalized,
The right of withdrawal for hygiene products may not apply if the packaging is damaged.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If an agreement cannot be reached – in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.3. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining rules remain in effect.
1. General provisions
1.1. This procedure regulates the conditions for the purchase, use, validity, and liability of gift vouchers from UAB "Keraira."
1.2. Vouchers can be purchased:
on the website,
by phone,
by email,
in a physical store.
1.3. By purchasing a voucher, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms.
2. Validity of the voucher
2.1. The validity period of the voucher is indicated on the voucher.
2.2. Upon expiration of the validity period:
the voucher is considered invalid;
money is non-refundable;
services are not provided;
extension is possible only at Keraira's discretion and is not guaranteed.
2.3. Keraira is not obliged to remind about the expiration.
3. Use of the voucher
3.1. The voucher must be used in one go unless otherwise stated.
3.2. If the service price is higher – the difference is paid by the customer.
3.3. If the service price is lower – the difference is not refunded.
3.4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.5. Lost or destroyed vouchers are not restored.
3.6. If the coupon is sold for a "sum" (specified value), it can be used for the purchase of goods and services, leaving any excess for future use. The validity period of the coupon does not depend on the number of uses.
4. Cancellation with a coupon
4.1. General cancellation rules apply to reservations made with a coupon.
4.2. If you do not show up or cancel less than 24 hours before the visit:
the coupon is considered used.
5. Coupons and discount codes sold by intermediaries
5.1. If the coupon or discount code was purchased through a third party (intermediary, partner platform, promotional portal, etc.):
Keraira is not the seller of such a coupon;
Keraira does not control its validity period;
Keraira does not extend it;
Keraira does not issue refunds;
Keraira does not resolve payment disputes.
5.2. All claims regarding such coupons are made directly to the intermediary.
5.3. Keraira reserves the right not to service an expired or incorrectly formatted intermediary coupon.

2. Processed data
Keraira may process:
first name, last name
phone number
email address
visit history
payment information
health information provided by the client voluntarily before or during the procedure
3. Health data
3.1. Health data is considered special category data.
3.2. They are processed only:
for the purpose of providing services;
for risk assessment;
for the fulfillment of legal requirements.
3.3. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for:
law enforcement agencies;
entities providing accounting or IT services (data processors).
4. Data retention period
4.1. Registration data is stored for 3 years.
4.2. Financial documents – according to accounting requirements.
4.3. Video surveillance data – up to 30 calendar days, unless required for investigation.
5. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE (CCTV)
5.1. Video surveillance is conducted in the common areas of the salon (corridor).
5.2. Offices, procedure rooms, restrooms – not monitored.
5.3. Purposes of surveillance:
property protection,
employee and customer safety,
incident investigation.
5.4. By entering the premises, it is assumed that the person is informed about the filming.
5.5. Video recordings are not provided to third parties, except as required by law.
1. General provisions
1.1. The purchase-sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment of payment.
1.2. The seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order if:
incorrect data is provided,
payment is not made,
the product is no longer available.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal
2.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, except for exceptions provided by law.
2.2. Non-returnable items:
opened cosmetic products;
used products;
damaged protective packaging;
individually selected or mixed products;
hygiene products.
2.3. If the item has been opened, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
3. Quality guarantee
3.1. Keraira is only responsible for:
the product's compliance with the description;
the expiration date;
hidden manufacturing defects.
3.2. Keraira is not responsible for:
individual skin reactions;
allergies;
improper use;
lack of results.
4. Transfer of risk
4.1. The risk of damage to the item passes to the buyer from the moment of transfer.
4.2. If the customer organizes transportation themselves, the risk passes from the transfer to the carrier.
4.3. Keraira is not responsible for:
overheating,
freezing,
storage under inappropriate conditions after delivery.
5. Return restrictions
5.1. When returning an item:
it must be unused;
in the original packaging;
with intact seals.
5.2. If use is established, money will not be refunded.
5.3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
